One of the most important spaces for delinquency and victimization, especially for children and adolescents, is the met averse. Ultimately, though, the met averse and the met adverse environment are fun for children and adolescents, and it can be a great way for parents to connect with their children and teach them various skills and knowledge in a low-stress environment. As long as parents are aware of the potential risks and take the necessary steps to keep their children safe, the met averse can be a great place for children to explore and learn. Along with the many benefits that the met averse has for children, this technology also brings some risks of victimization for children, such as cyberbullying and a lack of privacy. This study uses a descriptive-analytical method to examine the victimization of children and adolescents in the met averse, reviewing the causes and prevention and countermeasures. Given the rapid and extensive changes in digital technologies, it is essential that existing laws in the field of cybercrime and victimization are continuously updated to respond to new challenges. These updates should be made especially in the areas of protecting children's privacy, monitoring online content, and combating misuse of cyberspace. In this regard, reviewing and approving laws that combat cyber threats such as identity simulation, online harassment, and access to unauthorized and harmful content for children and adolescents is of particular importance.
