In the contemporary world, international trade, as one of the fundamental pillars of the global economy, plays an important role in economic development, job creation and technology transfer. However, this field faces numerous legal challenges that increase the risk of commercial activities and reduce the trust of the parties. The Convention on the International Sale of Goods, covering more than ninety-five countries, is one of the most successful international legal instruments and plays an effective role in facilitating global trade and protecting traders. The Convention works by protecting the independence and sovereignty of traders, identifying and establishing customary business practices, harmonizing and unifying laws, reducing conflicts of laws, and providing uniform rules of interpretation for resolving disputes. The findings show that the Convention on the International Sale of Goods has not only managed the legal challenges of traders, but also strengthened trust and made global trade more sustainable and inclusive by reducing risks and costs.
