Technological developments and the spread of Artificial Intelligence have had profound impacts on workplaces and legal relationships between workers and employers. Although the use of automated systems in decision-making processes has led to increased efficiency and reduced costs, it has also brought about numerous challenges in the field of labor rights. Among the most important of these challenges are the risk of discrimination in hiring and firing processes, lack of transparency in automated decisions, and ambiguity in determining legal liability in cases of error or damage .This study uses a descriptive-analytical approach to examine the legal implications of using AI in the workplace, analyzing issues such as legal liability, privacy, and the need to monitor automated decisions. The findings of this study indicate that legal loopholes and lack of transparency in regulating the use of AI in the workplace can lead to violations of workers' rights. In this regard, first, the effects of artificial intelligence on the labor market and labor relations are examined, and then solutions are presented for amending and adapting labor laws to technological developments in order to establish a balance between exploiting the capabilities of this technology and protecting workers' rights.
