In order for the transfer of technology to be legally protected and to have the necessary enforcement guarantee, it must take place in the form of a legal act, of which the contract is one of them. In the current conditions of the world, due to the expansion of various fields of technology and the complexity of its constituent elements, the process of technology transfer or exchange is inevitable and necessary, because no country can deprive itself of technology transfer without any amount of scientific, cultural and industrial growth.
