Necessity of Obligation of International Community in Respect of the Rights of Palestinian to Sovereignty Over the Occupied Territories in the Context of International Law

Abstract
The right to sovereignty is one of the key concepts that, in addition to regulating the relationship between the government and the people in the domestic arena, regulates the relations of governments with each other in the international arena. The end of World War II and the occupation of the Palestinian territories by the British military under the pretext of guardianship and the re-creation of the political structure in these territories, preceded the issuance of the Balfour Declaration and the claim of the Zionist regime. Palestinian sovereignty over the occupied territories is still evident to many governments and nations. More than seventy years of occupation, aggression and various negative or positive pressures on governments and nations to declare recognition of the self-proclaimed Zionist-Jewish state and establish various political and economic ties have failed to create a right for the Zionists to rule Palestine and deprive the right. Palestinian sovereignty over the occupied territories. The indicators identified in the context of recognizing Palestinian sovereignty in order to exercise this right over the occupied territories all indicate the existence of the right of the Palestinian people to sovereignty over the occupied territories.
