Today, the number of digital currencies is increasing. However, establishing uniform rules for e-commerce in all countries and international organizations seems to be a complex and voluminous task, and its impossibility is closer to reality. It is crucial to study national and international laws and regulations on this issue, indicating the existence of legal gaps in this area and solutions. The review of this emerging issue based on the practical and powerful technology in e-commerce should be considered to provide effective solutions.
